California (has been good to me too)

Not much to say about this one, it's another Tom Petty cover. We seem to play more covers of his songs live, rather than recording them. This is inspired by the reissue this year of Wallflowers (and all the rest).

Incidentally - California has been good to me too! As evidenced by the picture above which was taken by me at a Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers show at the Forum in Los Angeles.

Production notes: Larrivee L03 with MXL960 LDC tube mic -> JHS Colour Box (Neve preamp copy) -> Komplete Audio 6 interface. Harmonica overdubbed later using the same setup. Some light compression and reverb applied.
